A PhD chemist wanted to create a company to bring new, petroleum free, performance textile materials to market.
After attempting to work with three other patent law firms, the founder engaged Hamilton IP Law (HIP). HIP attorneys spent time with the Company’s leadership team and assessed its intellectual property position, helped identify potentially valuable inventions, trademarks, and trade secrets, and then worked with the client to create and implement an intellectual property strategy for protecting the company’s IP and building enterprise value.
Today the company has 20 issued patents with over 100 patent applications pending. It also has over 50 issued trademarks and more than 75 pending trademarks around the world, and the Company has raised over $85 million in angel and venture capital.
