Chad Stamper is Director of Operations and Entrepreneur-in-Residence at Hamilton IP Law. With over 20 years of entrepreneurial experience, including successfully co-founding and exiting two start-up companies, he has assisted numerous companies and innovators to successfully commercialize their technologies through customer discovery, business model development, licensing, and investor preparedness.

In addition to advising clients, his business plan writing was recognized by the State of Iowa’s prestigious annual Iowa John Pappajohn Business Plan Competition. Chad has successfully negotiated IP licenses, investment, and sales with universities, the US DOD, and corporations. Chad occasionally speaks on entrepreneurial issues at conferences and events, including presentations at the Iowa Entrepreneur and Investors Conference on the topic of business development and licensing innovations. He founded Brave Launch, a business accelerator program at Bradley University, co-founded the Quad City Entrepreneur and Inventors Club, and served as the Director and a board member for the NewVentures Initiative, a business accelerator in Eastern Iowa. Chad established a public-private seed capital fund in Eastern Iowa and was acting manager for the Quad Cities CDC, an equity investment fund. He earned his B.B.A. from Iowa State University.
